WHAT IS A LICENSING WORKSHOP?
How KBA Workshops train today's leaders with today's best HR techniques.

What exactly is a KBA Workshop? KBA Workshops, or Licensee Training Workshops, are 5 day sessions in which new Level 1 KBA Licensees are trained by Level 2 Licensees or Dr. Benziger to be able to produce assessments from the BTSA and interpert KBA terminology and theory. KBA Licensees may then freely use KBA services and techniques which help people identify thier natural leads, recognize falsification of type, and how these realizations may affect their life. For more information on licensees, click here.

KBA Workshops have also been approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for Continuing Coaching Education (CCE) credit. ICF members successfully completing the workshop can now earn at total of 31 CCEs in the following categories:

  • ICF Core Competencies: 16.0
  • Development of Coaching Practice: 1.6
  • Other Skills & Tools Directly Applicable to Coaching: 12.8

Who should attend KBA Workshops? Becoming a licensee is well suited for coaches, organizational development and HR professionals, as well as career counselors and management consultants. However, anyone wishing to become part of the KBA team may attend.

What exactly occurs during a workshop? Workshops run over a 5 day period in which many activities will take place.
  • Classroom time with over 40 hours of intensive classroom instruction and interaction time over the 5 day period.
  • Focus on the scientific bases of the BTSA and Benziger model: exploring the work and contributions the leading scientists whose ideas and insights contributed to development of the model.
